Davy J Competition Terms & Conditions (Updated May 2023)
The promoter is DAVY J LTD and Postcards From Midlife Live
The competition is open to users in the UK and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of DAVY J LTD and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisations or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Each day represents a new competition and entries are treated separately.

Tag one friend in the comments and follow @davyjs and @postcardsfrommidlife and @frommidlife on either of the Instagram posts. Each comment with a tagged friend will be considered one entry.
Share the post through your Instagram story for an additional entry
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Multiple entries from the same person are permitted but must post a different story/post and tag @davyjs for each entry.
The closing date for entry will be 11.59pm on Monday 8th May. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be valid. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as listed and includes one swimsuit for you and one swimsuit for your friend, up to the value of £140 each, and 2 tickets each to attend the Postcards From Midlife event. No cash or other alternatives will be offered, the prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.
Winner will be chosen at random from the tagged posts section of the Davy J instagram account.
The winner will be notified through instagram on the day after the competition and the winner’s name may be publicly tagged on our stories. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Items cannot be traded but we may (at our discretion) allow you to swap sizing if the fit is not right for you. All additional postage and packaging fees should be covered by the recipient.
