Returns
If for whatever reason your purchase isn’t right for you then we are very happy to refund any items you have purchased within 14 days of receiving your order.
(i) Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods and they must be returned in the same condition as you received them
(ii) Items must have all swing and hygiene tags in place
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods and they must be returned in the same condition as you received them in order for your return to be accepted and a full refund to be eligible.
Being on holiday will not be deemed an adequate reason for late returns so please ensure you leave enough time when ordering to return any unwanted item(s).
Enclosed in your parcel is a free Royal Mail 48 hour tracked return label. Please complete the returns form overleaf and package your item up in its original packaging. Please ensure you include your order number. We recommend you get proof of postage from the post office when you drop off your package as this will provide us proof of your return as well as tracking.
All items can be returned for a full refund, providing you contact us within 14 days of receipt of order to inform us you wish to return the item/s. You have 28 days from receipt of goods to return the item(s) in the same condition as you received them (any hygiene tags and hang tags must remain in place).
Please note returns are at your own cost and all postage costs are non-refundable.
All customs and taxes are the responsibility of the customers.

Please email us at info@davyj.com with evidence of your proof of postage and we'll get back to you within 48 hours.
For UK orders using our free returns label please obtain a proof of postage from the post office when returns are shipped. Davy J will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit without this.
For all international orders Davy J will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit so please obtain adequate postal insurance to cover the value of the item shipped.
If you would like to swap a size or colour please drop us an email to info@davyj.com within 14 days of receipt of your original order and we will advise you on the best way to make an exchange.
We are happy to exchange orders (subject to availability) for an item(s) of equal value or less than the original order. If the item you'd like to exchange for is of a greater value, we'll kindly ask that you place a separate order for the new item and request you return your original order to us for a refund within our specified 14 day returns window.
Just to note:
(i) we are happy to cover the postage costs for one exchange (UK only). (email us - info@davyj.com)
(ii) if the exchanged item(s) are not suitable, you have 7 days from receipt of the exchanged goods to inform us you would like to return for a refund, and a further 7 days to return the item(s) to us at your own cost.
(iii) if you would like to then try another size/colour/style, please place a new order through davyj.com
We process returns weekly and payment can sometimes take 3-5 days to reach your account so please allow 2-3 weeks from posting for refunds to reach you.
If you're unsure, please contact us first on info@davyj.com to arrange your return. For free UK returns a free postage label will be provided in your parcel.

If a returns label has not been provided please note that return delivery will be at the sender's own cost.
If we receive your return 15-28 days after receipt of your order, although we are unable to offer a refund, in most circumstances we are happy to either issue a credit in the form of a gift card to use against a future purchase, or we can exchange for item(s) of equal value to the original order (please note this exchange is non-returnable and non-refundable).
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, credit or exchanges on orders that are communicated/returned after 28 days from receipt of goods has passed.
